ISOT offers 3 five month modules that build upon one another. Each module will seek to answer one specific question over the course of 5 months.

  • Module 1: Who Am I?
  • Module 2: What Do I Have?
  • Module 3: Where Am I Going?

ISOT consists of biblical training through a bible based curriculum, mentorship, as well as intense practical hands-on training. Students have the opportunity to practice what they learn through school outreaches, college campuses, in the church, in the community, and in other nations. ISOT values the importance of having spiritual fathers and mothers that equip through mentorship and coaching, instead of a strict academic atmosphere. Although biblical education will be a prime focus of the school, our goal is to create a Holy Spirit-led culture where students will encounter Jesus and gain revelation of His Word. You will develop the necessary leadership skills to influence and transform your society. Part of this structure is being exposed to men and women of God who are operating and functioning in either a five-fold office or their sphere of influence.

ISOT is focused on personal transformation and practical hands-on training. You will encounter God and have a personal experience of a transformed life. Our school is designed to help bring the most out of our students by preparing them for life, help them to discover their sphere of influence, and to equip them to transform it with the Kingdom of Heaven.

ISOT is Holy Spirit-led school, meaning that we hold a high value for the students to encounter and experience the presence of God while at the same time honoring the school structure we have created. ISOT is more than just in class biblical theory. We value and put an emphasis on hands-on training, practical biblical application, the supernatural power of God, interactive teaching, and experiential truth. We desire to create an atmosphere that allows the student to encounter Jesus and gain revelation of the Word, not just information from the Word. Our class time together consists of classroom teaching, small group time, hands-on activation, Q&A, and impartation.

It is one of the goals here at ISOT is to incorporate all of the five-fold ministry gifts (Ephesians 4:11) in your training process. We have had the privilege to develop rich relationships with many leaders from around the world. These leaders, along with the ISOT instructors are your teachers for this school. You will be graced with the opportunity to sit under the ministry and anointing of these respected leaders. Below is a list of some of the leaders that have ministered to our ISOT students.
